A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
No refunds for finished work. Partial refunds may be possible in some cases.
If you’re over 15 minutes late: $25 fee. Over 30 minutes: another $25. Over 45 minutes: session canceled.
Our usual turnaround is 10–14 business days after you choose edits.
If you have editing notes or questions, tell us during the shoot.
One round of edit revisions is allowed if requested within 48 hours of receiving the edits.
Rush edits are available for an extra fee. Options: 24-hour or 72-hour turnaround. Does not include composite edits.
Prices reflect editing time. Standard turnaround applies; rush composite (72 hours) available.
